1. Services
WashingMachineFix provides on-site washing machine repair and maintenance services in Chennai and Pondicherry. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to decline a job if the machine is deemed unsafe or beyond economical repair.
2. Booking & Appointments
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form. We will confirm your appointment within 30 minutes of receiving your request. We aim to arrive within the agreed time window; however, delays may occur due to traffic or prior jobs running over.
3. Pricing & Payment
A free diagnosis is included with every visit. Repair costs will be quoted before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash and UPI. Prices quoted are inclusive of labour; parts are charged separately at cost.
4. Warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific fault repaired. The warranty is void if the machine is tampered with by a third party, subjected to power surges, or damaged through misuse after our repair. Warranty claims must be reported within the 90-day period.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location. If a technician has already been dispatched and you cancel, a nominal visit charge may apply. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to technician unavailability and will notify you promptly.
6. Liability
WashingMachineFix is not liable for pre-existing damage unrelated to the repair carried out, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a machine fault. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the machine and a working power supply. Please inform us of any known hazards at the property. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
